Roles & Responsibilities

• Actively invite passing patrons to participate in the hunt
• Explain the rules of the hunt to patrons
• Supply hunt packages to patrons
• Help participants fill out the ballots for prize draws, upon completion of the hunt
• Provide participating exhibitors/booths with materials as needed
• Keep the booth tidy at all times
• Help coordinate the prize draws

Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Have experience in sales
• Be positive, outgoing and energetic
• Enjoy working with the public
• Have excellent communication and multitasking skills

Other information

• Shifts are available:
  • Friday March 27^th from 2:00 pm – 9:30 pm
  • Saturday March 28^th from 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
  • Sunday March 29^th from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Preference will be given to volunteers who are available for multiple shifts and who are bilingual. Each shift must be a minimum of 4 hours.
