Location
Our event is taking place in the Curling Rink, Capones Ballroom, Halls C&D, the Leisure Room, and the Rec Room at the Nepean Sportsplex. The best way to access our event is through Entrance 4 at the back of the building (if coming by car) or by following the signs from the main entrance (if coming by bus).

Saturday October 3rd, 2015 – 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday October 4th, 2015 – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
About the facility
We encourage our patrons to bring cash to the event since most vendors will be only be accepting payments by cash, however there will be ATMs on site should you need one.
The Spectators Bar and Grill, located right beside the Curling Rink, will be open during the event as will the canteen near the main entrance of the Sportsplex.
If being dropped off at the facility, we encourage patrons with accessibility requirements to be dropped off in front of Entrance 4. Should you have any questions about accessibility concerns, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

There is plenty of free parking at the Nepean Sportsplex! When entering the site, please drive to the back of the building and park near Entrance 4.
