Acceptance of your application by the organizers will constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the above “Services” set out in this application form and in the Terms & Conditions attached hereto. Please read carefully as these terms and conditions will form part of the binding contract between you and the Geek Market Inc. (hereafter the Convener).
I, the undersigned, certify that I have read and understood all of the sections of this Application Form and attached Terms & Conditions and agree to release the Convener, its organizers and its volunteers as well as the Nepean Sportsplex and the City of Ottawa from any liability for loss or damage to merchandise, property, and/or personal injury while on the Premises. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for any damage or injury caused at the event by myself or my staff.
